Scam contentswww.marineblink.com: "From Ladies fashion to Marine Electronics." An unusual combination I tried to buy a Marine VHF Radio for my boat at www.marineblink.com. At first the transaction was denied, then it went through. Subsequently, at least two other entities used my card information, although I had not been to either site or heard of them in any way: The scam was repeated by www.santoaltos.com and tzp*merlngrant US. It appears they're all in it together.
Santoaltos.com looks like it could be a "sister site" to marineblink.com. They use the same kind of language and are not truthful about their Contact Us process, their location or their phone number. Their other pages don't even make sense.

I am working with American Express, PayPal and Chase Bank trying for some recovery. I have canceled the cards I used from both Amex and Chase to make the original purchases. Amex has gone back and forth on agreeing with my dispute. First "yes," then "No," then "Yes" again when I deluged them with information proving the fraud. The fraud perp(s) is/are very experienced and practiced, but they can't get away with it 100% of the time.

Chase first said "yes," to my dispute, then came back later and said, "no." I have just asked them to reconsider based on fairly substantial information and exhibits.

PayPal has completely "wormed out" and deferred to AMEX who their payment ultimately was made from.
Comment / ReviewI intend to pursue this matter in every way possible, both with my credit providers and with law enforcement and FTC. etc.
