I want to warn others about WDI Capital Private Limited. A guy by the name of Lee Chapman cold-called me, offering involvement in an IPO for the investment, which raised red flags. There's very little online information about this company, and I couldn't find any details about the broker. No online presence all all except their website. Please exercise caution if approached by them. Stay safe and be wary of suspicious financial solicitations.
