This is one of many fake USPS landing pages that have already been reported to Scamwatcher's database. In short, the scammers behind this send out unsolicited texts saying that you need to update your address, once you do so you'll be prompted to pay "a service fee" and by completing that step you've basically given them your financial information on a silver platter. Be careful and do not fall for this.
