When you try to pick up packages at UPS or FED EX for them you are told they can't be released that way to you because of expected fraud. When questioning the company why they would do this and hasn't this happened before, they deny it has ever happened before. Bull. I was strictly told NO by both UPS and Fed Ex. I suppose they keep trying with everyone employee.
