She then askes for £600 on the spot and done over the phone there and then to sure tenancy and tells you the properties will be gone on Monday when the council opens as she knows your on benefits. Dont hand her any money over. She goes by the name Kelsey and said her email address was Wendym1properties@gmail.com . A proper scammer.
