Reports where the member intervened the most	It was supposed to only cost me $4.95 for me a free bottle to try and they took $119.85 from my account. It never said anything about them taking that amount of money. I tried notifying them about the situation and you cannot get through no one . You are on hold for ever. They also have a recorder that tells you not to hang up and call back. I'm so frustrated.
