Comment / Review	Good day dear consumers, I am not happy with this online store. I used them for the first time on the 02nd of January 2025. I bought two batches of clothes worth around 2,600 BWP. The promise was to receive my goods in two week's time unfortunately the tracker indicated that my goods were delivered at the destination on the 31st of January 2025. I gave them my physical delivery address but I never received the goods. I checked all the couriers in Botswana giving them the tracking number to my surprise they did not have the parcel. I contacted the seller through an email, they promised to re-send the order and tracking number to date. I was given an offer for a refund or a new batch of goods. They sent a screenshot of my delivery address to confirm if indeed it hasn't changed but still failed to send the goods. After two months of waiting, I requested for a refund. I got the shock of my life when I was informed that I will be getting 60% of what I paid. That's when I knew I was dealing with real scammers. I am beyond pissed by this unprofessional service and thuggery. Someone help how I can get my goods or refund swiftly.
