These scammers use fake pet sites to trick victims into paying upfront fees for adoption fees, vet bills, moving/shipping fees etc There are no puppies. They are scammers. NEVER pay before even holding the puppy and meeting the breeder in person. Also, instead of buying them like shoes online, try local non-profit dog shelters or organizations near you.
