They do NOT pretend to be in the USA! Had you taken 10 seconds to check the company information before clicking "buy now", you would have seen that this was LANDBASE TRADING CO., LTD. If you had requested this in Google (or any other search engine), with or without the word "SCAM" in front of it, you would have immediately seen that this is a very well-known (!!!!) Chinese scam company (with a UK registration). Take a look at the "contact us" page.
