My exact experience. This company is clearly running a scam and they refuse to acknowlege it. Hope others don't get fooled by these scammers too.

Not yet. They offered $10 refund (on an $85 dollar deal). I've escalated with my credit card company to initiate a dispute.

They scammed me two different ways. First they overcharged my CC from what my invoice was and second they bait and switched the mask they sent. Their website shows quality mask with fake hair and fake eyebrows and what they sent was dollar store quality with no fake hair or fake eyebrows.
