Correct, you have been scammed. The company name is well known for the frequent use of domain names that resemble a series of random letters (not always).
Google: scam CLASSY ELEGANCE LTD
And that's also the most important lesson: BEFORE you buy anything, search the company name. Isn't there one? Then don't buy there! Is there one? Google the one with the word scam in front of it. Is there even only 1 hit? Don't buy there!

a complete scam, i used my credit card and did not realize it was a scam. called my credit card company to make sure payment does not go to them and cancelled my card.
