It was a robot voice message claiming to be eBay notifying me of a large purchase being made on my account & they wanted to confirm it was me

texted by scammer from 561-589-1966: "NAME"" this is Michael Davis from the Mediation Department. It is imperative that you contact my office at 888-399-2450

Comment / Review	This number impersonated my bank and gave me details about my account, my parents’ names, and my full legal name. He was urging me to give him information about an already compromised card that my bank had already replaced. I hung up, and they have continued to call me ever since.
