Since you never received your order and the seller is refusing to communicate, you might be eligible for a refund via Chargeback through your bank or cc company:

The transaction was through cashapp. My cashapp account is not linked to my bank account. I tried to get a full refund by contacting cashapp reps and was told I could not receive one.
