Same here. Also ordered a tent from alpsoutdoorsgearhub.com and the status from this company (KuaiYan) was delivered on 17track, but I never received anything.

I got scammed as well, KitchenAid mixer....no response to my dispute, stuck in processing mode. I should have know better.

Scam contents	Claims to manufacture and sell furniture from an address 10 Main Street, Plettenberg Bay. Requires up front payments, suggests using e-wallet for further discount. After payment there is no response anymore.
Comment / Review	I had lived in Lagos, Nigeria for several years. When speaking to the "owner" via phone, I identified a West African (probably Nigerian) accent. The giveaway of the business is that it claims to deliver anywhere in South Africa for R700, be it Bloemfontein or Bela-Bela. I visited the address, and there are now luxury apartments. Neighbouring businesses were interviewed, and all reported that there had never been a furniture manufacturing business on the site.
