This is Henry Feld. The complaint here arose from a microcamp program. We engaged with several investors who invested 50K to 100k with contracts that promised huge returns. The funds were contractually required to be held in escrow by an attorney who did not follow those commitments and release the funds to the trader who subsequently did not perform and then stole the Clients money.
