Scam contentsI ordered an ice maker machine on April 30,2023. They told me they were having logistical issues and that I would get a tracking number soon. I waited a week and messaged them again asking about the tracking number. They finally sent me one but it went to Florida and not to Texas where I am. They said that I put the wrong address in and I assured them that was not the case. They said they were fixing the problem and to wait a week and they would send me the tracking number. Again I waited and got nothing from them. I messaged them again saying give me a refund since now I it was the end of May. They said the were working on fixing the problem and that I should be patient. Now it is June 7th and I haven't heard from them at all.
Comment / ReviewAs of now I am still waiting to hear back from them. I have also informed my bank and they are investigating this company.
