| Comment / Review | Booked a room, which did NOT say nonrefundable. Cancelled reservation 6 minutes later and received an email that said "cancelled". They refuse to refund my payment. The room was $354.60. Their fees were $170.28, so I have been robbed of $524.88 (yikes!). Spent a LONG time on the phone trying to straighten this out, but no luck. There were people partying in the background of the woman on the phone.
