| Scam contents | I bought tickets to a concert and was told I would get them by email the day before the concert. The tickets never arrived so I called Stubhub and was told I would get new tickets. The ones I was offered were not equal to what I initially paid. I was first told I could have a refund but I wanted to see the concert and requested seat equal to what I bought. I was offered a 2nd set but then the seller decided to cancel the sale. I was on the phone up to less than an hour before the concert and would not be able to make it in time. When I then asked for a refund it was refused. Don't ever buy tickets through Stubhub!! |
