I have been totally scammed by this vendor. Received a small bag full of old rusty pieces of nuts and bolts instead of an item I ordered on line. Total rip off

Scam contents	I cannot find an email or phone number. I ordered 1 item of eye cream. I did not get what I ordered. Now I got another shipment. Box says VERFONS. The side of the box says snake venom peptide. I would never have ordered this. How can I stop these orders from continuing
