I have been totally scammed by this vendor. Received a small bag full of old rusty pieces of nuts and bolts instead of an item I ordered on line. Total rip off

Did the email invoice look anything like this: https://www.scamwatcher.com/scam/view/759203 If so, ignore it because it's just a phishing scam.

It's a phishing email, basically. They want you to panic and call them back so they can pretend to be from Paypal and get your private information.

Scam contents	One pair of Ray Ban sun glasses. Dont know the web site, no number, never ordered item. Never looked them up on internet. Do not have a web page, no mumber, nothing. Just what you see here. Pair of Ray Ban sunglasses, black glass case,clothe to clean glasses. With the glasses i got a card that says" THANK YOU FOR ORDERING PRODUCTS IN OUR SHOP. WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE BEST SERVICE. IF YOU HAVE ANY COMMENTS OR DISSATISFACTION, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. E-MAIL: sersoppor@gmail.com
Comment / Review	The ran bay sumglasses showed up in the mail telling me that i ordered this pair, which i did not. It said my visa was charged $163.00. Never ordered, never authorize any transaction on my visa for $163. I dont have any active visa at this time, i canceled all cards because of fraud.
