That's what they all say. It's an advance-fee scam, they just want you to pay them for their false promises and then they'll run off with your money.

Scam contents	I ordered 4 items on the 2nd January, paid for the items and insurance. Tracking advised the items were on their way via Hong King but have heard nothing since. I ordered 2 pair of leggings and 2 long cardigans, supposedly in their sale.
