Comment / Review	The forwarding URL shown it is from kephca.or, which (per googling) is a hospital in Kenya. It must be an IT worker in Kenya, who is able to create a subpage underneath the site. It looks just like FedEx tracking website. You can tell that it is scam by the URL.
