| Scam contents | I browse H&M to shop some cloths for my kids at 12 January 2023. I realized the price is less rather than I usually bought in website. Then I made a payment for 13 items, cost me Ringgit Malaysia 187.70 which is 44.30 US dollar. Today 26 January 2023 I received a parcel but not what I have ordered. They send me only 1 tinted glass which is only cost 3.43 US dollar. |
| Comment / Review | I feel so frustrated due to no information to contact them. I used to buy from H&M website before but it is originally & I received all the item. I hope there will be no got a same bad experience just like me cause I know there will be impossible to refund my money back.

I do recieve today 26/1/23...its glasses...oh my god..my rm220..how can i get back that money..

Hey Ayen, Since you received a different product, you can go for a refund with a chargeback procedure.
Contact your payment issuer and inform them of the fraud. You can also provide them with the necessary screenshots to support your complaint.

hi, I browse H&M to shop some cloths for my kids at 17 march 2023. I realized the price is less rather than I usually bought in website. Then I made a payment for cost me Ringgit Malaysia 294.00, however i only received a stupid glasses on 4th april, how i can get back my money?
