I received this exact scam at 6.11am this morning, why are these people so cruel to cause stress to people they do not know. They are scumbags.

Scam contents	Order two bouncy balls end of november products never arrived and asked for a refund....no. also they added vat on after you had paid your bill but i got that back...but no refund for the goods.
Comment / Review	Ordered 1st dec two boumcy pet toys these where for Christmas but never arrived. Have emailed this company now for five weeks and at first no reply but now its just track your parcel. Please everyone beware of this company they take your money and its difficult to get it back.
