I received this exact scam at 6.11am this morning, why are these people so cruel to cause stress to people they do not know. They are scumbags.

Scam contents	The email said that someone was trying to get $599 from me from paypal. So I rang the phone number and they got me to fill in a form (no bank details) and then open the above website.
