Unprofessional and very rude. Very uncouth. I don’t know how they earned a license. They are a bunch of scammers take your… They are a bunch of scammers take your money and will not give you a refund if any cancellation gives you all kinds of lies about the manager never available to authorised your refund hung up on you or keep you waiting for ages.I have reported this crooked travel company to Action fraud and the police to get these scammers arrested and put out of business so others don't get duped like I did.
