Scam contentsCalling elderly mother dozens of times per day, her calling back. This started we think in Oct 21. We even moved her to assisted living facility, in March with activities and many things to do.

Mike has her convienced we are all wrong, and she keep being able to get around us to send him money. So bad is it she is going to banks opening an account, then calling the railroad retirement to move her pension. Even with a POA, we are just chasing. She finally has pawned jewelry. We figure out which shop she went to. They were helpful in this mess. She has burned through $1000's. And we have shown her that she is getting scammed. She was even biligarent with the Deputy Sheriff that he was wrong on what he knew about it, standing in front of here with a fist full of used VISA gift cards. Getting a conservatorship or guardianship in our state is difficult. She has to be proven mentally unfit.

She is just about to be on the street, financially we can handle only so much, and it is to the point she will not be around us, for "interfering" with her life.

(803) 755 5552. "James" has been hammering her number also many times a day. Supposedly "CashNETUSA" rep. Its not. I contacted CNUSA, not their rep in South Carolina. and they cant give loans in our state.
but CNUSA was helpful enough to give us the contact numbers for two other companies that do have authority to give loans in our state.
