Comment / ReviewThis well elaborated scam website intends to lure potential victims onto investing in a fake development supposedly located in the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Aggressive notices to act quickly with introductory prices and free vacation trips. The same person or people have conducted other scams under different names and different areas of Costa Rica, the main person goes by the name/alias Raymond Cruz - Raymond James Cruz

        Same tactics same fellow just different name. This thieve have been doing this for many years, whatever he manage to ripoff from innocent expatriates he uses to create new websites, new Google or Skype phone numbers and of course start a scam in a different area. DON"T FALL FOR IT!
