| Scam contents | Purchased a Free-Motion Garment Ruler Set for my wife's quilting projects. Received emails with tracking info through the US to Australia, last one 25 Jan 2022. Nothing has been received since. Follow up on-line showed China Post tracking info. |
| Comment / Review | PayPal advised their response from seller was that article had been delivered so refund or other assistance was declined. PayPal Community site is full of customer complaints with Qatio.

PayPal will alway decline your first attempt at refund as these type of scammers send you false tracking details claiming you’ve been sent the product contact PayPal again and reiterating the tracking details are false and while they show delivery the item was not delivered to you!!
