Improvementr / Wahroo. I ordered the super deluxe 3 pallets. The company sent a tracking site and I followed all the way to where they said they delivered at my address through the USPS. The USPS does not carry anything over 70 pounds. It was NOT delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. NOW IT WILL TAKE A MONTH TO RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK. As of today, they changed their name from Wahroo to Improvementr . Be aware if your order does not deliver to you within 30 days you cant get refunded...Thank You, Sincerely, Nina Fratesi

I ordered a regular one on December 9th 2021. They charged my account $37.98. I tried going back to the website I bought it off of, I was on Facebook when it popped up on a marketplace site. Anyway I tried going back to the site and it says store closed. I believe we got scammed.
