They are running multiple scams using various different sites - please cross reference to:

Despite multiple complaints PayPal have not blocked this user - they are still trading, still scamming people so are party to obtaining money through fraudulent activities, as they are getting a percentage for every purchase made.
PayPal are breaking the law profiting from crime and who knows what this criminal activity is actually funding.
