Details / precisions	Received the ordered yard nativity scene that was ordered. It’s about the size of a piece of notebook paper. Contacted PayPal because the seller opened an account in my name to make it easier to make the transaction on their end. PayPal will not help me get a refund without opening a PayPal account. It’s a frustrating mess. And of all items. A nativity scene for my yard. People are sick and money hungry!! Do u have any advice to get my money back?
